Built-in behavioral health assessments allow providers to request and manage client evaluations seamlessly. The platform includes dedicated clinician, client, and auditor portals, along with audit checklists and templates developed specifically for Georgia providers.
Unum also enables collaboration. Parole officers, probation officers, and other approved healthcare partners can securely share and receive documents within the system. And when clients require continued care, they can be transferred directly to another DBHDD provider within Unum—keeping all records connected in one place.
